Registration information for the 2019/2020 dance season will be available in June.

Payment Policies:

Payment must be received with completed registration form in order for registration to be considered complete.

If you have purchased the first installment from the online store, an invoice for the second instalment will be emailed to you 14 days before the due date on November 1, 2018. The invoice for the third instalment is due on February 1, 2019. Payments received after the due dates are subject to a $30 administration fee. It is your responsibility to provide the school with your most current email address.

If any invoice(s) remain unpaid 14 days past the due date, your child will not be permitted in class, until payment is received.

By providing your credit card information, you authorize Leaside Dance School to charge your credit card the tuition according to the payment option dates you have chosen on the registration form and to retain the last four digits of your credit card number for verification purposes.

Tuition is not transferrable to other family members.

Withdrawal Policies:

A full refund will be issued for students who withdraw before September 1, 2018.

Students who withdraw after September 1, 2018 and within the first two weeks of classes will be issued a full refund minus a $100 withdrawal fee.

Students who withdraw after the first two weeks of classes will be refunded according to the instalment dates.No refunds after February 1, 2019.

In order to withdraw from the school you must provide written notice at least five business days before the next payment is processed.

School Policies:

Parents and caregivers are responsible for the safe transport of their child to and from classes. Students should arrive 5-10 minutes early and are expected to be picked up promptly after class.

The waiting areas are shared spaces. When using these spaces, parents, caregivers and students are expected to wait quietly and keep the space clean for everyone's enjoyment.

Your child is welcome to make up any missed classes by attending the same class level on another day, if available. Please notify the school if you wish to attend a make-up class.

Students are not permitted to switch classes after October 15, 2018. Any student who wishes to switch classes may only do so with the Director's approval.

Leaside Dance School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to low enrollment.

It is always helpful to let the school know if your child will be absent from class (illness, vacation, etc).

If students miss more than three classes after March 1, participation in the recital will be at the Director's discretion.

In cases of extreme weather, classes may be cancelled/rescheduled and we will notify you by email.

The program strives to be nut-free. Please keep this in mind if bringing snacks to class.
